Curved pipe for structures and pipelines, rolled beams and channels for canopies, arches and roof framing, and bent tube for frames and handrails all start as straight stock. Mona Steel supplies the material and delivers it rolled, bent and cut, ready to fit and weld.
Combining material supply and processing means one vendor, one lead time and one point of accountability.
Bending without wrinkling or flattening
Tube kinks, wrinkles or goes oval when the tooling or method is wrong for the section. We match the bending method to the section, wall thickness and radius so parts look good and keep their strength.
Large-radius curves in pipe, tube and structural profiles, from gentle arcs to quarter and half circles and full rings, are produced by section rolling. Tight-radius bends for frames and handrails are produced on tube bending equipment.
Common applications
- Curved beams & arches
- Pipe arcs & rings
- Canopy & carport frames
- Handrails & guardrails
- Machinery & equipment frames
- Greenhouse & ag structures
Tube & Pipe Bending FAQ
What information do you need to quote tube bending?
Outside dimension, wall thickness, material grade, centerline bend radius, bend angles, straight lengths between bends and quantity. A drawing or 3D model is best.
Can you roll structural shapes into curves?
Yes. Pipe, tube, W-Beams, channels, angles and flat bar can be section-rolled into arcs, quarter and half circles and full rings for canopies, arches, roof framing and architectural details. Send the section, the radius and the arc angle or length.
Where we deliver
We handle tube, pipe and profile cutting and bending for shops and job sites across Orange County, Los Angeles County, the Inland Empire, San Diego County and the Central Valley, and ship to projects nationwide, including Texas, Arizona and Nevada.
