Do you manufacture solar piles to our racking manufacturer’s drawings?
Yes. Send your racking manufacturer’s pile drawings and the project pile schedule. We produce C-piles, U-piles and W-Beam piles with the specified lengths, hole patterns and coatings, and confirm every detail before production.
What galvanizing do you use on solar piles?
Solar piles are typically hot-dip galvanized after fabrication per ASTM A123, with coating thickness selected to meet the corrosion allowance in your geotechnical report and the project design life. Pre-galvanized and zinc-magnesium options are available for racking components.
Can you deliver to remote solar sites?
Yes. We ship by the truckload and can stage deliveries by block or phase so piles arrive in the order your pile-driving crews need them.
Do you supply projects outside California?
Yes. In addition to California, we supply solar projects in Texas, Arizona, Nevada and across the United States.
